Discount codes: If you’re lucky enough to have received a discount code for SpoiltPig then please enter it in the message box at paypal checkout. Discounts at the moment are in the form of cashback which will be refunded to you when the item has been shipped.
Shipping: Everything is posted first class Royal Mail within 24hrs of purchase. I make sure all packages are letterbox small so no need to wait in :)
I offer free postage on additional items within the UK purchased in the same order.
Refunds/Exchange: If you wish to return an item, please contact me within a week of its arrival.
Due to the handmade and unique nature of my items, an exchange is not always possible but I am happy to offer a refund on items returned in their original condition.
In the unlikely event that you have to return an item received in less than perfect condition, I will also refund the return postage costs.
